Software for professional wholesale buyers

Amazon wholesale margins aren't found. They're negotiated.

VendorDelta is the system for the daily work between the price list and the PO:

  • Every vendor's price list in one searchable catalog
  • True per-unit cost across vendors and pack sizes
  • Target prices, leverage, and quote history for every ask
  • Auto-refreshed Amazon data: buy box, sellers, BSR. You see the moment a no turns into a yes.
  • And yes, ASIN matching is included. That part is table stakes.

Free 14-day trial. No credit card.

How this business actually works

The list price is an opening offer

Run any vendor file through a scanner and you'll get the same answer: at list price, 95% of it doesn't clear margin. Every tool can tell you that. It's the easy part. Professional wholesalers make money on what happens next.

Which items are close?

What price would make them work?

Which vendor’s number gives you leverage to ask?

What did this vendor quote in March, and did they move?

That's not a matching problem. That's a negotiation system. Nobody built one for Amazon wholesale, so sellers run it from memory and spreadsheets.

We built it.

See it in action

Three minutes, start to finish

A raw vendor file becomes a negotiation list, a quote goes out, an answer comes back, and a PO leaves the system.

The problem

Sound familiar?

This is how buying actually works when the only system is Excel.

Your research dies in spreadsheets

Every price list, quote email, and analysis file lives somewhere on someone's computer. Six months later you're re-researching a brand you already researched, because nobody can find or trust the old file.

Scattered Excel files representing disorganized vendor data

Same SKU, three vendors, three pack sizes

One vendor sells it as a 6-pack, another as a case of 24, a third has it under a different SKU entirely. Comparing true per-unit cost means manual math, every time, for thousands of rows.

Same product with different vendor prices comparison

You negotiate every week, from memory

You know the deal is there if the price moves 8%. But what did they quote last round? What are you paying the other vendor? Without the numbers in front of you, you're asking for discounts blind, or not asking at all.

Product profitability transformation through negotiation

How it works

One loop, run well

VendorDelta is built around the cycle professional buyers already run. It just stops leaking.

01

Consolidate

Upload every vendor's price list, any Excel or CSV format. VendorDelta matches SKUs to ASINs, groups duplicates and multi-packs, and remembers the mapping. Matching is included, and it's the easy part.

Watch

The one step that runs without you. VendorDelta re-syncs Amazon data for your whole catalog on a schedule: buy box price, seller count, BSR. Items you put on hold keep working in the background. When a seller drops off or the buy box climbs, yesterday's no comes back as today's deal, straight into step 03.

After the loop

When a deal is PO-ready, export to your inventory system. VendorDelta runs everything before the PO. Your existing tools handle the rest.

What VendorDelta is

A system of record for the buy side

Your inventory system remembers what you own. Nothing remembers how you buy: the files, the comparisons, the quotes, the reasons. VendorDelta is that system, a living record of every vendor, price, and negotiation, matched to Amazon and searchable forever.

It sits between your vendors' spreadsheets and your PO. Light enough to start with one file today, structured enough to run a team on. The wholesale operating system without the ERP weight.

  • Every vendor file in one searchable, matched catalog
  • True per-unit cost across vendors, packs handled automatically
  • Negotiation lists with target prices and leverage built in
  • Quote and PO history attached to every product
  • Margin numbers you control: see the math, override any fee

Where it comes from

Built from how professionals actually buy

3 hours becomes 5 minutes

One design partner's weekly quote file, before and after

VendorDelta wasn't designed from a feature checklist. We spent months inside full-time wholesale operations, watching how the work really happens: brand-by-brand research pipelines, catalogs in the tens of thousands of SKUs, assistants preparing negotiation files by hand, quote threads living in inboxes, three hours to build a single negotiation file.

Every workflow in the product exists because a professional buyer already runs it in spreadsheets. We didn't invent the system. We built the software it was missing.

What's inside

Six capabilities, one spine

Everything serves the same loop: know your cost, run the negotiation, never start from zero.

Fit

Who it's for

Wholesale resellers who buy from real vendors and negotiate real prices.

If your margin depends on vendor relationships, price lists, and asking for better numbers, VendorDelta was built for you. If you do retail arbitrage, dropshipping, or private label imports, it wasn't.

Multiple vendors, overlapping catalogs

You buy from distributors and brands whose lists overlap, and the best price moves between them.

Spreadsheets just broke

The Excel system that got you here can't hold the catalog, the quotes, and the team anymore.

Margin made in the ask

A real share of your buys only clears margin after a price move. Negotiation isn't an event, it's your weekly workflow.

After

What changes

Operator outcomes, not vibes.

You walk in with the numbers

Every ask backed by your own cost data: their last quote, the other vendor’s price, and the target that makes the deal work.

Your research compounds

Work done in January still pays in June. Every file, quote, and decision stays searchable and attached to the product.

Three hours becomes five minutes

That’s a real number from a design partner: the quote file their team built by hand every week now takes five minutes, and anyone on the team can build it.

The system survives people

When your assistant leaves, the knowledge stays. The catalog is the memory, not somebody’s laptop.

What you'll have

  • A searchable record of every product, vendor, and price you’ve ever touched
  • Per-unit cost comparison across vendors for any product
  • Quote history that never gets lost, per vendor and per product
  • A clear pipeline from research to quote to PO-ready
  • Room to grow from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of SKUs
  • Your evenings back

Straight answers

Addressing your concerns

What you might be thinking, and our response.

"It's going to be complicated to set up"

Upload one vendor file and you'll have a matched, searchable catalog in your first session. No setup project, no training. Add vendors when you're ready.

Drag and drop the Excel files you already have.

"My data might not be accurate"

We show our math. Buy box price, fees, cost, calculation: all visible, and you can override any number. Vendor costs come from your own files, so comparisons are exact. Amazon fee estimates are clearly marked and always editable.

Manual override on any calculation. Full audit trail.

"I'll lose my existing workflow/data"

Keep your current tools. VendorDelta sits alongside them: upload the same Excel files you're already creating. When you're ready, it can replace them. When you're not, it supplements them.

Import your historical Excel files to populate the database.

"It won't work with my vendors/products"

If you sell on Amazon using wholesale suppliers, VendorDelta works for you. Any Excel or CSV vendor file. Any category. From batteries to beauty products, the workflow is the same.

Works with any vendor file format you currently use.

Alternatives

Why not just use...

Honest answers, including where we're not the right tool.

You could use scanners and matchers, but...

They price your list at list price, and stop there

No vendor memory: every scan starts from zero

No target prices, no quote tracking, no negotiation workflow

Built for finding products, not for buying them well

They answer "is this profitable today?" VendorDelta answers "what would make it profitable, and how do I get that price?" Matching is included. It's the easy part.

You could use Excel / Google Sheets, but...

Files aren't linked, so you can't search across them

Per-unit math by hand, for every product, every time

No quote tracking, no workflow, no history

One person's files become lost knowledge when they leave

The same flexibility, in one searchable system that remembers.

You could use inventory systems (Seller Cloud, NetSuite), but...

Built for what you own, not for what you're deciding to buy

No vendor price comparison, no quote workflow

ERP weight: months of setup before any value

We run everything before the PO, then hand off cleanly to the system you already use.

You could use the manual process that got you here, but...

Three hours for one negotiation file

"Time is the most important resource"

Can't scale past your own capacity

Opportunities age out in the backlog

Same decisions, same judgment, a fraction of the time.

FAQ

Common questions answered.

Is this another ASIN matcher?

No. Matching vendor SKUs to ASINs is included and automatic, but it's the easy part, and it's not why VendorDelta exists. The product is the system around it: vendor comparison, target prices, quote history, and a searchable record of how you buy.

Does this replace my inventory system (e.g. Seller Cloud)?

No - VendorDelta focuses on research, purchasing decisions, and negotiation. Inventory/PO systems remain the system of record; VendorDelta hands off when you're ready.

Can it handle multi-packs and messy listings?

Yes - multi-packs and variations are first-class, with both automatic grouping and manual controls.

Do you auto-approve purchases?

No - automation is for filtering, routing, and alerts. Final decisions stay human.
