Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Vendor Delta is a subscription-based SaaS product operated by Tengro Ltd. (Sofia, Bulgaria). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all paid subscription plans.
Free Trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. No payment is required to start a trial, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until that date.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- We do not delete your data immediately upon cancellation. Your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your subscription, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Refunds
- If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge.
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the billing period but no prorated refund is issued.

Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
